Today kicked off our Relay for Life season. This is my second season as a Tri Chairperson for the Relay. It's a love/hate relationship. I adore the work that the ACS does. I adore what Relay means. But it's truly a rough task as a Chair. Every year, I say its my last. Then after an amazing kick off, like today, I remember why I'm here, why I do what I do, why I handle the headaches and heartaches that come along the way. I do it to Celebrate, to Remember, and to Fight Back.
