Jan. 1st 2011- New Years Day is usually a very chill day for us. It's the first take down Christmas Day. (It usually takes three days!) I love my decorations. They are a miss matched set, but they all come from someone that is special to us. I have a lot of my mom's decorations, my mother in law's decorations and my Christmas Village is half mine, half of Shawn's grandmother's. I look at it all and wonder what pieces the kids will remember when they are older. What decoration will say "Christmas" to them. They all seem so magical. But back in a box they go!
